Such transfers rely on your explicit consent or appropriate transfer mechanisms under KVKK Art. 9, and on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses under the GDPR.
6. Retention
- We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active.
- When you close your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period; however, data required for legal obligations, dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements may be retained for the relevant period.

- Learn whether your personal data is processed and access your data.
- Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data.

8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), irreversible storage of passwords, access controls and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Bloqube is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from users below that age. In the European Union, the minimum age for consent-based processing may be up to 16 depending on local law. If we learn that a child has provided us data, we will delete it.
