Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If your country sets a higher age, that limit applies.
• You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password, and for activity under your account. Notify us if you notice any unauthorized use.

The posts, images and other content you share on the Service ("User Content") belong to you. You retain ownership.

By sharing User Content on the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, display, distribute and promote that content for the purpose of operating the Service. This license ends when you delete your content, subject to technical backups and legal obligations.

You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the content you share and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. Only the user who created it is responsible for User Content.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or promote unlawful activity.
• Post hate speech, harassment, threats, incitement to violence, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Distribute spam, fraud or malware, or produce misleading content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to access the Service's infrastructure without authorization, overload it with automated tools, or circumvent security measures.

We reserve the right to remove content we consider to violate these Terms or applicable law, and where necessary to restrict access to content or suspend an account. We try to provide a reason where possible, but may act promptly to protect the Service and our users.

The Bloqube name, logo, software, design and all elements other than User Content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service offers a paid subscription ("Plus"). Fees, billing period (e.g. monthly/yearly) and scope are stated at checkout.

Payments are processed by our payment provider LemonSqueezy, acting as Merchant of Record; invoices and applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are issued by LemonSqueezy. The subscription auto-renews at the end of each period unless you cancel.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your Plus access continues until then. Your right of withdrawal and other rights under consumer law, as well as LemonSqueezy's refund terms, are reserved.

• You may close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or harm the Service or other users.
• On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnity) remain in effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the accuracy of User Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloqube is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This does not affect rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract.

You agree to indemnify Bloqube against claims and damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
